I'm back! Its been a really great couple of weeks. I joined the new Silent bp and have been enjoying it tremendously! VERY little drama, if any at all, which is amazingly terrific. They have helped me get back on my feet again after being gone 2 years and coming back to no gear. A huge thank you to Ratman, Valerius, and Silent bp, especially Khaine and Lucky21.

I hadn't really realized I had missed Lineage so much, but coming back to so many friends and being so warmly welcomed back was a real pleasure. I am back on my feet enough to hunt and make a little bit of adena. Still a ways away from where I was when I left, but I can get there - or close to there - again with a little help from my friends and a lot of hard work.

Thanks to all who welcomed me back so warmly. Look forward to hunting with some of you and chatting with most of you! Haven't had any screen shots worth taking yet, but when I level I will do that!

Gonna shut down my comment box in about a week. Life is really great right now and too busy to even keep an eye on comments here. hehe We've joined a gym together, and family time now includes that and lots of kids activities. Enjoy life all, and give much love and affection and less suspicion and drama to the ones you love. If anyone of any consequence would like to contact me, you can mention it to TheHammer or Lucky21 and either one of them can ask me if I'm interested in keeping contact. Hey all.

I finally managed to level, Gwen is now 57. Took me long enough I know. hehe

On the other end of things, it appears I'm done with Lineage. I have been slowly drawn away by real life, which is GREAT. And had planned on quitting in April when my account is up anyway. Pretty much anyone in my bp could tell you that I've hardly been on, and when I am its usually a VERY quick check for Willie and then I'm off again. Besides real life, I've just been tired of the in game retarded drama. I've pulled away from talking to pretty much anyone - so disgusted with things that I saw that I just shut off global and stopped talking to people. I talk to my pledge and about 2 other people and thats it. I see little point in continuing to pay the money for a game that I have been completely disillusioned with. Or maybe its the people I've been disillusioned with...either way, its just not much worth it anymore. Willie is playing ALMOST as little as I am, I think, so I'm truly hoping his time will be done soon too and he really WILL move on to LOTRO with me. :P

In any case, my time table has been accelerated by the must unfortunate of circumstances. I went to log in the other night and my lineage.exe file was gone. Everything else in my lineage folder was there except that. I deleted everything and tried to reinstall and it kept attempting to give me a Trojan Horse virus. lol Soooo....I decided to just not reload the game. Not like I had a choice, but...*shrug* Anyway, it was great for awhile, but the last few months its been time for me to be done, so now it seems I'm done. My apologies to anyone who cares for ending it so abruptly, that wasn't my intention. For those who have my IM information on yahoo or msn, please drop a line. I may get the chance to hop on Telrunya's comp to log in periodically, but thats not available to me at my whim. Bummer eh? hehe Goodbye and my affection to those I still call friends, goodbye and sweet memories to everyone that I have ever considered a friend, and to the rest of you just goodbye :P

No pretty pictures. Sorry guys. Just thought I'd post a quick update. One of my new year's resolutions is to post more often! lol I just have to find things to post. Nothing interesting ever happens to me. I haven't even leveled in a year! haha Real life got way busy in a good way. Enough of that.

As most of you know, I started a pledge. Hold the jeers and catcalls. :P Its actually been great. I/we are being particular about who we let in. There has been no whining, arguing, begging, complaining, pestering or anything of the sort in the pledge since it started. Well, there has been a little whining and complaining upon retarded deaths, but thats acceptable. I have to say I'm very happy with the group that makes up ZHonorZ and I'm content to continue with the same group for as long as they will put up with me as their princess. lol It is a wonderfully undemanding, self-sufficient group, making our time on very enjoyable with no pressure of dealing with issues every time I get on. Its a wonderful experience, and I thank each and every member for making it so. You guys are truly the best!

I have lost track of Willie's level ups...lol Since my last post, where I show all of his characters at level 50 (3 of them) and level 60 (his knight), he has also gotten his knight to 61, his elf to 52, and his mage to 51. He truly is a leveling fool. hehe I haven't been on much at all lately, and I have to say I truly and greatly miss hunting with the best partner on the server. I am so thankful for a partner who is also a terrific friend and so very supportive of everything that is happening in real life for me. Willie and family, I love you all!!!! You are all gems to me. :)

And Gwen? Well, the poor lass. I spent a week getting her 1 percent, which is less than 20 minutes a day, basically, and what does she do? She goes and plays with cyclops on FI and lagged trying to heal. zzzzzzzzz Can't remember the last time I died on FI. lol So sad. So, she's back under 90%, level 56. She's been 56 for a year at least, and I'm getting a little frustrated with leveling her, but I'm determined to get her to 57. After that, I think I'll take a break from Gwen and get my dark elf to 45 at least.

So if you haven't seen me around much, I have been very busy. I have a new job, which I love, and a new fiance, who I love even more. hehe We'll be getting married sometime early this summer. My kids adore him and he is great with them. It has been a very nice change. Life is very excellent lately! hehe

I think that I enjoy the game so much more without global on all the time. After I level, I might turn it on for brief periods, but I get so tired of the senseless and repetitious arguments. It becomes redundant after awhile.

Anyway, apologies for my wordy and not very fun update. lol It is now 2008. Hard to believe huh? I have been playing Lineage since 2002. Even harder to believe. In September of 2008 it will be 6 years that I've been playing. I've met some really terrific people and I'm so happy for the friends that I've made. Thank you to all of my friends and especially to my pledge and MOST especially to my partner for making it an overall fun time! I look forward to a long time more of building friendships and leveling my characters. Now just to find more time to do so.....

Oh how I love being able to make this post! After so many years of hard work, Willie2 is now able to boast being the very FIRST legitimate Ken server player to get all 4 of his characters on his account to level 50 or above. No bought account, no botting, no sharing - all completely and 100% legitimately done by the one and only Willie! I am so very proud of him and I took the time to take screen shots of his characters and thought it would be fun to put them all in one picture, so here is my attempt at that.
Earlier this week, Willie2 hit level 60! Today, TheDarkElves hit 50. Several months ago, Willieelf and TheChosenOne both hit 50. Here are some other screen shots taken today of each of his characters. Thats me and TheHammer with him:

Wonderful Friend, Beloved Prince...

I have been busy and then out of town, and haven't had time to give this particular post the thought it deserved, so I waited until now to post something concerning Redirection.

I have had a pledge of my own, and I have been a member and GK of several other pledges, I can honestly say that Redirection was the best prince I ever knew in game. I don't think he ever lost his temper or said things out of anger or frustration that he would later regret. He listened to every side of every issue, then made his decision with reasonable explanations. He never found it necessary to explain his decisions to the general public, whether they liked it or not, however, I know from experience that when people came to him upset or confused about a decision he made, he would take the time to explain his reasons without defensiveness, condescension, or even a HINT of frustration. I can not count how many times I whispered him asking him what in the world was going on and never once did he make me feel as if it wasn't my business. He always took the time to explain his decisions, and never gave vague answers.

Beyond that, so many times I can remember whispering him upset or hurt about something, whether it was game or real life, and having the response be caring, reasonable and fair. I can't even begin to describe how much that meant to me.

I remember whenever a vote came up for new members, I always would mail him my vote with a little explanation of some kind. One day, he got one of these letters shortly after he logged in, and I quickly get a whisper from him with nothing but "LOL!!!". I responded with "what I do? lol" and he just said to me how much he loved getting my vote letters with the commentary and how it always made him laugh (they were usually intended to be humorous).

At this point, I'd really like it if you all would post a comment on this blog entry about some special memory you have of Red. I know that some of his final wishes were that his friends in the Lineage community live life to the fullest and I know that several have taken steps to see to that, including me. If you would like to leave a memory here, please realize that I screen blog comments, and if I feel things stated are inappropriate or hurtful, I will not give them approval. Please keep any comments in good taste so that I don't have to track your ISP and cause trouble for you. :) Thanks, and remember, live your life to the fullest and love your peeps as much as you can because you never know when life will take an unexpected turn!

Well, I am a little less than 2 months from graduating, and with my classes and internship, I am finding Lineage to be too much of a distraction, so I will be letting my account lapse until I am completely done with school, which will be on or about August 7. My final day will be Monday, June 25. I will miss some of you, but no one more than my dear partner and friend Willie. We've both had a lot of real life stuff going on and not had as much time to hunt together as usual and I must say I miss it an awful lot. Hopefully, the last few weeks of school will go quickly and I'll be back before anyone realizes I'm actually gone. lol *hugs* to all and *BIG HUGS* and much love to Willie and family!

Yes, yes. I finally managed to get myself all the way through level 55. I got around 40% during that wonderful experience event, getting me close enough to take it easy for a few days, which was a good thing, because my partner went a little missing for a couple days and I ended up putting off my leveling up till he was on. I finally caught up with him around 3 am one morning when I was just having a rough sleeping night, and we hit dv till I leveled. Was a little disappointing, because alot of our good friends weren't able to be on, but I wasn't about to wait anymore!! hehe Not a bad level up for me: 8 hp and 4 mp. Usually I average about 4-5 hp and 2-3 mp, so this was about double my low end level ups. lol Anyway, a shot right after it happened with all the grats plastered in. At 3 am, seems most people are sleeping, go figure.

Little Gwen rant....

I am so sick and tired of the small minded, shallow people who play this server. If this isn't you, don't be offended, if it is, deal with it and take a lesson:

It seems that every day someone new is being accused of hacking, cheating or botting and why? Just because they beat you in a duel or 2 or 3? Get over yourselves people. Its one thing to watch someone's game play over and over again and come to an educated conclusion that they most likely are a bot or hacker, its another thing altogether to start accusing people left and right just because you don't like them.

I don't care who does or doesn't like me or my partner, Willie. I DO care when people start throwing around false accusations just because they don't like one or both of us. There are a bunch of people that I don't like, but you will NEVER EVER see me accusing them of hacking, botting or cheating without some SERIOUS proof.

How many of you have seen me go off on global? Probably quite a few. How often does it happen? Not often. You only see me get into it on global if I am SURE beyond the shadow of a doubt that I know the truth of the situation. Then and ONLY then will I open my mouth.

I don't like getting into it with small-minded people. Its pointless and useless. People who think they are right no matter what nonsense they are spewing out don't deserve the time it takes to argue with them, normally. However, when they start accusing people falsely and I KNOW its false, I will go off on them.

I think that its possible to be friends with people on 2 sides of an issue if its JUST an issue that we are talking about, however, when people start personally attacking with lies and making accusations that are ridiculous, then I choose sides. I side with my friends that have proven who they are to me. A big mouth on global has nothing on the proof of true friendship. If you can find a way to support both the lies and the truth, more power to ya. I, however, can not, nor will I pretend to be friendly with people anymore who want to call my best friend a liar, hacker and cheat. Nor will I be able to tolerate as much anyone who can call that accuser their friend. So if you don't see me v.v at you so much, or at all, anymore, ask yourself why. And ask me, if you want.

There have been a handful of people that I have stood beside and defended vocally. I do not regret any of those. I have chosen my "stand by me" friends carefully and I don't defend anyone lightly. There's been a time or two I wish I HAD stood up for someone, but never have I regretted the ones that I HAVE stood up for and DO stand up for now.

The big mouths that get on global and make accusations that are false are only making themselves look more foolish and less credible, and anyone who believes or supports anything they (or she lol) says about it is just as foolish and loses just as much credibility. Stand up for whats right and true, not for some lies and ridiculous nonsense. I will even stand up for people I don't LIKE if what is being said isn't true. I've done it before, and I'd do it again.

Well, upon thinking I'd catch up to some friendly folks from WoW, I hit the Foundations Edge website to see what people I cared about were up to there. What I found made me sick, so I'm posting this in the hopes that people with half a brain can see some people for what they really are.
I spent a year in WoW with the likes of Tsepesh and Foundations Edge. I found there were many fun, honest, honorable people. I had heard many things about Tsepesh, good and bad, from Lineage people, so I chose, as I do with everyone, to give him a chance. Well, the chance I gave was blown by his behavior with Rieyl, essentially calling her a liar in almost as many words, and then when I decided to give him yet another chance to prove he wasn't selfish, condescending and greedy when he came back to Lineage, he had the audacity to make accusations against NYCROS, of all people, so I wanted to clarify some of what he posted on his website (foundationsedge.net). That may have been the letter he sent to NYCROS, I don't remember it word for word, what I DO remember is that NYCROS was very hurt by the accusations and yes, he did turn off all chat for awhile because he was ready to quit. He had EVERY intention of helping further, but after that letter and the subsequent actions (no, Pesh did NOT drop it, as he claimed he would in that letter, and I notice he didn't mention that he continued to not only harass NYCROS, but SwordHunter and Pita regarding the gift NYCROS gave to SH), he had no desire to help a grabbing prince that he previously considered a friend. Some of that had to do with the way Rieyl had been treated...NYCROS was hesitant to trust further after hearing the treatment Rieyl had received at Pesh's hands. He even went so far as to send NYCROS a letter stating to the effect of "What would Rieyl think of this?" Well, I'll tell you what Rieyl thinks. She's DISGUSTED with Pesh's behavior. I spoke with her on the phone shortly after this incident with NYCROS, and she sent me the link above to give to anyone who wanted to know the REAL Pesh. I'll also state that when Pesh first came back to Lineage, he immediately tried to imply that Rieyl took everything off of his account without permission. I promptly whispered him and told him he better not dare try to ruin her reputation. TWICE I saw him imply that she "took" everything without clarifying that it was with his permission. The ONLY time I've seen him admit that he told her to take it and give to anyone was in that letter to NYCROS. So, not only is he attempting to impugn NYCROS's honor, but Rieyl's as well. Sadly, NYCROS really did want to help further, but after the harrassment, and yes, I say repetitive letters and bothering SH and Pita with it constitutes as harrassment, he had no desire to help Pesh further, and frankly I don't blame him. He had made plans for any aswords he got, and he was going in order of the plans he'd made on who to give any to. So what if Pesh wasn't the next in line? Is that NYCROS's problem that he quit for 2 years and then comes back and expects people to drop all their plans to give him handouts? Other people quit, gave away or blew all their stuff, then came back after an extended time and WORKED for what they had, never once expecting or laying guilt trips on anyone for stuff they were given.

If anyone doubts the giving heart and honor of NYCROS they need look no further than their own inadequacies. There's never been a more honorable, decent, honest man to walk the lands of Aden than NYCROS.

WOOT!! After getting the WDSM drop during Halloween event this year, Willie and I have been working hard to gather up all the mats to make his magic armor, and tonight it came to fruition with the help of a few friends for the last few platinums he needed! Thank you Qwicksilver, Tradgedy and Mosenwrath for coming through as only good friends can at the last minute!!! And here it is...(drum roll please)....

I haven't really had anything new to post lately, so I decided to start a "wall of thanks". When I get a pic of people I want to thank for something, I'll post a little note. I think our server is full of people complaining, but not so much showing appreciation for the little and big things people do for each other, so I'm gonna start shouting it out for all to see. Well, for anyone who reads this to see, anyway. lol So, to start, my first and foremost shout out goes to Willie2:

There's not enough ways to say thank you to Willie2. Not only has he been generous, but he's been the best partner I could ever ask for, and a terrific friend. He understands me as a person, accepts me and loves me (as a FRIEND people, sheesh!!) without judgment. I can't even begin to list the things that he's given me, but WAY beyond that is just the fact that without him, I wouldn't enjoy Lineage nearly as much as I do. Willie is considerate, caring, thoughtful, patient and understanding. At the same time, I know that he would defend me to the end after everything that we've been through. I also very much appreciate his wife and kids and everything they mean to him. Willie2 would give everything to protect those he cares for, and I am very thankful to be counted among those.

Halloween event 2006

WOOT!!! We made out pretty well during the Halloween event this year. Lots of rings and silver cloaks and stuff, but the BEST thing for me was my dear hubby handing over to me something that I had been wanting for OH so long, this lovely +7 silver cloak made lovingly and persistently by him just for me! Isn't he the BEST!!???

This was my favorite drop. I got it when Willie was sleeping, I think, from a gold pumpkin. It was such a fun thing for me to get for several reasons. The first reason was that I had just so been wanting to get or make something unusual for him just to show my appreciation for the good friend and fantastic partner that he is. I had literally just gotten through blowing 10 boe's that morning, then got this. The other thing was HOW I got this pumpkin. lol I tele'd into Silent Caverns, and there was nothing on the screen but me, my spirit and demon, so I shoot the demon, but miss, and from the top of the screen comes someone who just starts hitting the demon. So, I shrugged my shoulders, cut my losses and headed the opposite direction. Just before I walked out of sight, I see the demon die, and immediately the person who killed it teles out without a thought. I look and think "hm...there's something on the ground there." So I walk back, and lo and behold, theres a GOLD PUMPKIN!!! In this person's greed to get to the next kill and awesome drop, he or she failed to see what already dropped. I do not know who the person was, but I know what pledge he or she was from, and I have to admit, I felt no guilt for getting that gold pumpkin and this item because there was an AWFUL lot of stealing going on from that pledge. :P I'm still not really sure why the pumpkin fell on the ground, but I guess I can't complain. Seems it was meant for me to give to my dear partner anyway! =)

This one was probably one of the most amusing things during the event. I was random teleing around Aden, and I landed on this funky little cliff. Can't get to it in anyway, other than randomly. Thought it was funny, so I called Willie who "ringed" to me and then we both bookmarked just for the heck of it. lol So now, we have a spot in Aden that is truly and uniquely ours, even though we really can't hunt it! hehe

I missed the pretty little blue light thingy, but did get a shot of my partner's purty fireworks. hehe Not a bad level up, and it was sometime in September, exact date unknown.This was during the 2006 Halloween event. We adopted this little bunny family after finding it the 2nd time. hehe First time we found it, Willie killed them all! Can you believe it!? SO mean. hehe But, in his defense, he did rez them all afterwards. :P
R0yalGuard is Willie's royal, and Louize is mine (obviously right?). You can't see em in this pic very well, but we both have crowns! lol He owned Giran, I owned Kent. This is me standing with my prince in his castle. hehe

He COULD have hit 55 REALLY early on October 18th, but he was waiting for Qwicksilver and I to be on at the same time. After waiting ALL day, the pledge finally broke him down and he went ahead and leveled. *sniffles* hehe Appreciate the effort, you waited a long time for that. I'm really proud of ya Willie! Worked hard and long to get there. Nice job, my friend! :)

I'm in Mississippi and hating almost every minute of it!! hahaha I hate the heat, the mugginess and the bugs. I know there is one state that I will never agree to living in, and that is Mississippi. The only thing that would ever get me here is my brother and his wife! Ok, well, since I'm stuck here, thought I'd drop a post and let ya'll know I'm still on the face of the earth, albeit barely. My kids and I are staying in a cabin on my brother's property. Nice little modern thing, very cute, 1 bedroom. So 3 kids and I in this one bedroom. The other night I smell this nasty odor, but can't figure out wth it is, so we go to bed and after an hour of not being able to get this odor out of my nose, I told my older daughter to shut the bedroom door (since I knew the smell was coming from the kitchen, even if I couldn't find it) so she did. About 7:30 the next morning, my mother calls the cell phone, waking us all up. I tell her to come over (she's staying at my brother's) and figure out what this horrible smell is. She walks in the door and says "that's GAS!".....Well, I (obviously) haven't had a whole heck of a lot of experience with that smell, so I never even THOUGHT to check the stove. duh. In any case, my kids and I are very lucky to be alive. I think the only thing that saved us was closing the bedroom door. All we could figure was that my youngest (19 months) must of turned one of the knobs on the stove. Scared the you know what outa me. Oh yeah, and then...we get stuck here during hurricane Katrina, no less. That wasn't too bad, considering we mainly got the edge of it all. hehe But for this northerner, it was pretty scary. So, all in all, it hasn't been my favorite vacation, but it definately has been eventful. hehe BIG HUGS to all!!!! Oh, and Nok and Smab? Don't worry...its only Pai. :P

Wow...what an evening. Some things just aren't what they seem to be. You think you are doing good, then find out in the end that what you have just done was possibly one of the dumbest things you could ever do. Magemedic and I felt so sorry for this princess, Myzrael, when we heard she was trapped by giants. We wanted to help her, so she gave us a commission, and we took an awful lot of time to get to the place where we could rescue her. We spoke to several different people and heard so many conflicting stories we didn't know WHAT to believe. This dwarf in the badlands said she was evil. Thats when we started to question what we were doing. As it turns out, when we finally dragged Ninox and Fadingblade into the thing, we find out that our compassion for the "little princess" was severely misplaced. Upon freeing her, turns out she's a giant and even called us fools for helping her. *sigh* Well, guess we all make mistakes. In any case, the 4 of us had no problem handling her and her friends, and we made certain she was nabbed again, but we did manage to get some stuff from her. I got her lovely necklace...I wonder what the others got? I never did ask...

NOW we are getting somewhere!! I found myself alone on FI today and very much wanted some friends to join me, so I begged Nokona and Smabre to catch the boat over. Elvorith, Appleseede and Monboy were on the boat with us and apparently met the gmino with a few of his friends and had some trouble with it. :( By the time we came along, gmino was alone and we took him down pretty fast. I think this was the best drop I've ever seen from gmino. :)

Ok, this is kinda long, but I found it on a blog I had started on LineageOne and decided to repost it here. Its from several months ago, but I hope you enjoy it all the same. hehe

Aaahh...I woke up this morning, stretched, rubbed my eyes and behold! I was laying on the ground in a safe little nook of an island that has long since been forgotten. I was a little groggy, not really remembering how I got here, so I took a moment to recall the moments of the boat ride and remembering that yes, I did hunt here last night, with my good friend Xact. Even though we tried to kill as many of the enemy as we could find, still we had no luck finding any ancient items...not even a 5% magic resistance ring. *sigh* Still, not to be deterred, I mentally whispered to some friends that they really ought to join me here and they agreed. Later in the day, Qtrax, Telrunya and Tuxedo, all part of my dear pledge, RingAcadamy, chose to join me on Forgotten Island..even through the travail of just getting to the location! Such dedicated friends! Well, we were a little indecisive about which area to hunt. I mean, 2 natures blessing elves, one fire elf and a mage....we wanted a challenge, but we didn't really wish to end our existence on this island and be forgotten along with the land itself.
We started out taking out some bugbears and trolls, met a few drakes and decided after awhile it might be fun to go south of the island and see what we could see. Imagine our amazement when we found copies of ourselves!! Repeatedly we ended copies of Qtrax and myself....it was rather frightening to see the pleasure these friends of mine took in ending my clone. Giant spiders abounded, and strange looking werewolves were everywhere. Ghasts seem to radiate to Qtrax, which was fine, as long as he was not needed to heal the group. Several times we were all very thankful for 2 NB elves in the party.
Eventually, we got a little bored there, so we decided to head over to see what the minotaurs were up to and try our hands at a few more drakes. We made one circuit around the forgotten ruins, annihilated a couple cockatrice and some minotaurs. Took out several of our evil counterpart dark elves came around the back side of the ruins and happened upon Milliard and Massadurah. Shared a few pleasantries with them and continued on our way around the circle.
Lo and behold, there was a group of minotaurs coming for us. We could see that there would be no mercy from these savage creatures! They were out for blood and we responded in kind! The community at large was very vocal...words passing by as quickly as you can imagine. When all of a sudden this proclamation appears before my eyes:
Minotaur gave Qtrax Ancient Scroll.
I stared for a moment, not believing my eyes. Rubbed them a couple of times, then said "oh my God! Do you see what you got?!!!"
Telrunya: "me?"
Gwenllian: "NO! Q!!!"
Qtrax: "What?"
Gwenllian: "Oh my God! Qtrax got an ancient scroll!!!"
The party went wild! Total disbelief! Milli and Massa came around the corner, disappointment etched in their weary faces. Milliard says "I have been here for 9 hours..."
I must admit, I felt a moment of pity for my friend, but (please forgive me Milli) the triumph of actually getting my THIRD ascroll in a month had me floating on clouds and our little group that started out with no expections of receiving such a fine gift from that little island was ecstatic. That one little piece of blue paper made the whole trip worth every moment. In our gratefulness, we discussed what we would do with our treasure. It was unanimous...we would bestow our beloved prince Manwie with the coveted item that he might unseal the scale mail left forgotten in his closet. Immediately, we contacted our 1st Elven Officer, PaiDragon, and told him about our fabulous find. He was excited and agreed that yes, our prince should be so graced with such a gift of our appreciation and honor.
Thank you once again, O Island of the Forgotten, for honoring me with the finding of one of your wondrous treasures!!

Finally made level 53 today!! Waited all day for ElfMedic to be able to be there with me. :) He's the elf with the half white hp bar. hehe He and Smabre joined me for the big moment. I gained 9 hp on that level, was very happy with that. One of my better gains, I think. Anyway, thanks to all who helped me through this level and cheered me on. I love you all!!! All we got was a plate mail. lol Also went with a group of DropKick mates and Willie2 to visit Seer today. Best drop was ndai, of course. Managed to get an hour hunt in with PaiDragon today on fi as well. Amazing that he was actually able to be on for a solid hour. Was a great hunt and was terrific to do so with Pai again...been WAY too long!! hehe No drops, of course, but the experience was great. First time we've hunted together on fi as both dark elf poly, so we pretty much rocked!! Back to 81.28% after death to seer yesterday. :)

Siewyi and I decided to have a little fun today. She had about 20 pines, and we took them to DropKicks house (my pledge) and she stood there and set all of them off. We escaped, then walked back and we were HOPING Smabre would come and join us to help block the door...but nooooo...he wouldn't come have fun with us. :P What he DID do was tell another pledgemate, Grondor, to go to the house, and against my counsel, Grondor did just that....unpolied...well, he restarted and died AGAIN...deleveling. And just as Siewyi & I realized Smabre wasn't coming and we decided to open the door and go in, Grondor globals for monitor to clear out the house. *sob* Sometimes mons respond too fast!! Grondor and the monitor ruined all our fun. :(

I would have felt awful. Anyway, no more DM's or Dark Elders for me until I hit 53, hopefully on my birthday. I am at exactly 65%, after buying back and leveling some. Mebbe tomorrow I'll have an ss worth reproducing here. hehe Wish I had gotten one of the Dark Elders killing half of us with one hit. It was pretty cool looking. Well, I'm finally giving it a try. Bear with me all while I learn the ins and outs of blogging and everything that goes along with it. This my first post will be a bit of history about Gwenllian and some special thanks hehe. Hope you enjoy! :)

Gwen was originally created sometime at the end of 2002 when my dear friend Phiodrin, created her elf, Failyn. I had originally created a knight, Ganieda, and was finding her well...rather boring and expensive. So after Failyn was created, I decided to give an elf a try again, since now I had someone that I could pester with questions constantly. hehehe Well, my original Gwen i made with nearly even con/dex stats. Got her to lvl 30 and decided I didn't like her stats, so I deleted her and remade her as 18 dex. This one I loved. Got her all the way to level 37 before her first death and spent an hour trying to figure out WHY she didn't lose any experience (can you say N-O-O-B?) hehe

Gwen's first pledge was BloodElves, with prince Isaias, aka Gano (elf). It was a great pleasure to be a part of that terrific pledge, and a bit of a heartbreak when Gano left the game and BE disbanded. At that point, Gwen had a difficult time finding a new home as she kept expecting EVERY pledge to be like BE. hehe Well, a good friend and prince, Xaviour (aka Lynxx, knight, Gwen's 2nd husband. lol) and I decided to give a new pledge situation a go, so I then joined Gwen to his pledge. He ended up having real life stuff going on and after playing since beta, he was getting tired of the Land of Aden and decided it was time to move on. Another sad day for Gwen, but she pulled through, like the trooper that she is, and continued her search for a new pledge.

She ended up finding her home in RingAcadamy with PaiDragon (3rd husband *sigh* until r/l issues hit him too...darn real life! haha) for a bit over a year before becoming burnt out with real life and game stuff and decided it was time to remove some of the stress she put on herself and a little bit put on her by others, so she joined Dropkick with 2 VERY dear friends, Nokona (also her 1st husband haha) and Smabre. Oh, and somewhere in there, not long after the Halloween event, Gwen married Willie2 and had a great few months with him, until, well...weird personal stuff happened thats really no one's business but ours and a rift was created between us that I sincerely hope we will be able to see healed someday.

I have to thank a few people that have helped me get Gwen to where she is today....a level 52 elf with base dex of 21 (thanks to stat additions and a dex elixir from a very distressed Guardian Armor).

A BIG thanks first of all to PaiDragon. Pai, you helped me get through the most difficult level in Lineage 1, but you did more than that. You are a TRUE friend, and I want you to know that I appreciate everything that you have done and all the ways you have stuck by me through everything over the past couple of years. I am very glad that our friendship was able to evolve beyond the game and that we have become good friends despite our differences and rocky places. hehe I luv ya Pai!! :P

Also a big thank you to Lynxx and the fun we had together and just the ease with which everything went on and the enjoyment you brought to the game for me. Also for being a dear friend through particularly difficult times and for teaching me to believe in myself again. For that, I will be eternally grateful. :)

PrincesArwen, Phaeron and NYCROS have been terrific, steadfast friends over the past nearly 3 years and I love you guys!!!! Gano, my first prince....you taught me a lot and kicked me in the pants a few times. Thank you for BE and for your friendship.

Willie2, we have had some TERRIFIC times and I just have to say thank you for more than you'll ever know....not the least of which was helping me buy my +8 bowgun from Qwicksilver. hehe

Nokona and Smabre...you guys are jerks! hahaha nah..you know I luv yas! :P Thanks to you 2 for reminding me that I'm supposed to be having umm...whats that called again? oh yeah....FUN playing a game....hahaha. oh yeah, and for sticking by me through everything, no matter what was going on. hehe Oh...except for the time you DESERTED me for a year...punks. sheesh.

And last, but very most definately not least, thanks to MageMedic for....well...everything. I could never begin to list here all the ways that you have helped me, inspired me, and just....everything. You are absolutely amazing!!!

Oh, and BTW people...I talk...way too much...so if these things get TOTALLY long winded...I apologize PROFUSELY. I'll do my best to keep things short and sweet from now on. hehe
