I am a single mother of 2 teenagers and a pre-teen. Yikes! I was widowed in March of 2013 after a fantastic, but short 5 years with one of the most wonderful men I've ever known. I have been a church dance team leader, a drama team leader, on a church's leadership team, mentored dozens of youth (besides my own!), and I have had an article published in The New Social Worker's Magazine entitled "Sexualization of Young Girls in Today's Entertainment". I am currently on hiatus from college due to medical reasons, where I am studying to be a Social Worker. My desire is to help families become healthier and my hope is that my experiences and lessons will in turn help someone else get through rough times! God bless!
